Overall this was a great cruise. The service and food were mostly very good. We were in the Aqua class staterooms which allowed us to dine in BLU and that was very nice. If there was something on the menu from the main dining area that appealed more to you than what was on the BLU menu you could always have that so your food options were increased. The staff were all very nice and service was about an 8 out of 10. The people were hustling though and it may be just the fact that they could have used more help.

The only real knocks I had against this cruise was the internet and the Tuscan restuarant. We had purchased the GO Best package with Tips paid, $300 onboard credit, Premium drink package, and unlimited internet. The internet service was spotty and not at all as fast as what they were advertising. I would not buy this service as a stand-alone add-on. It's $200 per person and both people in the stateroom need to purchase it. It just was not worth it. We cruised the southern caribbean and our cell phones worked in all the ports so everyday you could talk and email if you needed to. It was cumbersome to have to log on to their system every time you wanted to connect as well.

The other main knock I had was the Tuscan restaurant. It's a nice restaurant with good food and service, but for $45 per person upcharge it was not anywhere close to being worth it. They advertise that they have homemade pasta and you can see them making it through a window into the kitchen area. But seriously, $45 extra for pasta??? It's not like getting lobster or Kobe beef. The food in BLU and the main dining hall was just as good. Save your money for a shore excursion or the casino. You'll have a better experience!
