Royal Caribbean is our favorite cruise line and I think after this cruise, Serenade of the Seas just might be our new favorite ship in their fleet. Every single crew member was cheerful, attentive,and went out of their way to be responsive to everyone's needs. We are frequent cruisers but normally stay in an inside room so that we can simply Cruise MORE! Our cabin attendant, Rolando,was from Haiti and was one of the most friendly, efficient attendant ever. The room was always immaculate, fresh ice twice a day, creative towel animals many evenings, and ALWAYS a smile! Our waiter, Christopher from the Phillipines, and his assistant Alexandro from Portugal were fantastic. Food was served timely and was very good. The head waiter, "Al Pacino" visited the table nightly and did a great job in keeping the whole section moving nicely. Believe it or not.....the Windjammer, which can be very marginal on some ships was GREAT. Food, variety, service, ambiance, were all awesome! Entertainment was excellent, with a great variety to please almost everyone. Comedy, production shows (which were the best ever),"America's Got Talent" champion juggler who was most entertaining, great live orchestra, fantastic production singers rounded out the nightly shows. Sorry the ship is leaving for the season. We will definitely join her when she returns.
