Highlights: Embarkation was smooth and quick. We upgraded to the penthouse and found it to be worth the money. It was roomy, well stocked with towels, and the bed was super comfortable. There is some noise from the Lido deck but we were warned about that beforehand.
Disappointments: service in the dining room and during bingo were slow. Disembarking was a nightmare. Priority disembarkation for the penthouse guests ended up being a complete mess. We received 2 different letters under our door with different meeting times, no one showed up to meet with us or the other penthouse people, and staff was completely clueless about who was supposed to be there for us.
Public areas were accessible and we did not have trouble getting my daughter's wheelchair around.
We upgraded to the penthouse and found it to be worth the money. It was roomy, well stocked with towels, and the bed was super comfortable. There is some noise from the Lido deck but we were warned about that beforehand. The bar and dining area were nice to have. The dining table accommodated 4, the living room was big enough that we used the sofa bed and had a roll away bed as well. Even with all that we never felt crowded in there.
The room was spacious enough for my daughter's wheelchair but there is a small lip at the door......we were able to roll over it without an issue however I am not sure how easy it would have been if she had been moving the wheelchair herself. The shower and jacuzzi tub are not accessible. It was not a problem for us though because I helped her get in and out.
No excursion here.
