The service on this cruise was exceptional from our room attendant, BLU Dining waiters, bathroom attendants, pool staff, Oceanview staff and maintenance people. Of the thousand plus staff, there were only two who stood out and it wasn't for their service. We were displeased with the condescending attitude of the BLU Dining hostess and the poor service of the BLU Dining Sommelier.

The food in all dining areas was exceptional. We ate at the Silk Harvest where the food was not only delicious, the service was amazing. This was one of our favourite dining experiences on the ship.

We were in AQUA class. We did one other cruise with Celebrity. That time, we were in Concierge Class. In Concierge class, we had fresh flowers in our room and beautiful thick towels. There was chilled champagne awaiting us upon arrival. Aqua offered nothing special and while we did have champagne, it was several hours after we boarded. We did love the shower in Aqua.
