After reading all the negative reviews, we were surprised. Yes, the Miracle is an older ship and need a facelift, but overall it was nice and we had a good time. We arrived the day before our cruise and was at the pier by 11 am and boarded by 12 noon.

Once on board we headed to the Lido deck to have lunch. There wasn't much food to select from to our likes, but it was okay. We were able to get into our cabins by 1 pm. To our surprise, the room was much larger than newer ship cabins and it had plenty of drawer and closet space for two people. (A+).

Dining room staff was wonderful and our cabin stewart, Ali, was a gem. We missed Guys Burger but the burgers they served on the Lido deck was good.

Port Reviews

Cabo San Lucas

We didn't take a cruise excursion, but opt to go on a private glass bottom boat tour to the Arc, Lovers Beach and Medano Beach. Very nice guide. We return to the pier to shop and ate at the Cabo Wabo (excellent food) OMG!. Afterwards we return to the ship to relax before we sailed. Had an excellent day with beautiful weather.

Mazatlan

Took a taxi to tour the island. We went to all the favorites and got to see the divers jump from cliffs for a nominal fee. Beautiful island and he dropped us off at La Puntilla for lunch. We had the best shrimp EVER, which Mazatlan is known for! It is in walking distance to the pier. Very nice day!
