Sail Date: Mar 2016
Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

This was my fourth sailing on Vision of the Seas, and it was awesome. Tampa is an excellent Port - just 15 - 20 minutes from curbside to on board. Porters are outside to take the suitcases, making it even easier.

Vision is a smaller ship, so if you want all the extra activities she is not the ship for you. BUT...if you want an intimate ship where you get a chance to get to know some of your fellow passengers, and the crew, Vision is perfect. Captain Marek Slaby is very visible, fun loving and warm; he runs a very efficient ship and wants his guests to have a great vacation. It is obvious the crew like and respect him, and they will go the extra mile to be helpful.

I had cabin 7516, a forward balcony cabin and loved it. Very quiet location, close the the forward elevators. I have booked the same cabin for the transatlantic on Vision in two weeks time.
