Sail Date: Mar 2016
Cabin: Deluxe Balcony

This was my 9th Princess cruise and the first time I've sailed on the Royal Class ships. I concur with other reviewers that the three glaring things were the lack of midship stairs (it's a huge ship and really needs them), the shrimpy balconies (come on Princess! You could have made them larger) and I really don't like Princess Live (a claustrophobic room with uncomfortable chairs)- which is no place for trivia. There were no tables in Princess live and you can't form groups because it has stadium type seating. Trivia is so popular on Princess and they should stick with the Vista Lounge or Club 6 for trivia (where it is played as well).

Having said all of this- We loved this cruise and the ship.

Our cabin was well-appointed with huge flatscreen tv and lots (30+) free recent movies. I love the Piazza and there was wonderful music day and night. I am a fan of MUTS and if you go to the 7:15 movies you won't have trouble finding a seat. Pools were nice, but the usual chair hogs abounded.
