Cabin: Balcony

I will stick to items that might help someone along the way. Lots of hangers and hanger space. We like the clothes storage capabilities better than Celebrity, although the cabin seemed smaller than Celebrity. Caribe deck for us since you get the bigger balcony with half sun (and people can see you) and half shade and privacy.

There was a stubborn problem where the toilet flushed - sometimes. After several days, the "main drain line" issue persisted. The learning point here is that they seemed to think that they fixed it, and then it would re-occur. They need to be reminded over and over since they will clear the work order when they think it is fixed.

Happy hour. Mid afternoon in one bar, and late evening in another. They had no problem giving me beers both opened and unopened. The afternoon happy hour was a mad house, so carry out was our choice. The night session had very light traffic and a peaceful atmosphere. Was buy one get one on a prev. cruise, now buy one get one for a dollar. They add the automatic 15%, but don't act like they expect more than that. No receipt after the first day, but you can check your account on-line. It was always right.

Balcony

Cabin BD

Fine. We ask NOT to be upgraded, since that often means a slightly larger "mini-suite" at the cost of less balcony. Staying toward the rear of the ship means shorter walks if you want to bring some buffet food to your cabin.
