Let me start by saying that a more appropriate name for this ship should be NCL - No Customer Loyalty, or Service for that matter. I hate to be a negative nelly, and you may look at my review and think "wow, she's really upset" and move on, but I truly hope you read this, because I was just like you, searching for reviews, and trying to book a great vacation for me and my 4 kids on their spring break.
I have traveled before on both Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruiselines. Royal Caribbean with adults and Carnival with kids. I specifically chose NCL because of the features they had such as slides and rope courses and rock climbing, which did NOT disappoint.. My kids loved it. While Carnival had a slide and pool, it was also spring break week and I read in reviews that NCL was a more "family oriented ship" - which may be true - however, I paid almost 7K to experience NCL, because in my opinion, Carnival was a cheaper ship, so for me I thought 4-5K more, I could expect more comfort and more quality, and exquisite service right?
WRONG.
Great excursion! Friendly staff / my kids had a wonderful time
I was Robbed right on the beach and scammed by my taxi driver - skip Grand Caymans
