I booked a cruise as a birthday treat for myself and my partner and this was our first trip with P&O, usually opting for Celebrity and Oceania on one occasion also.

We booked for flexible dining in the Peninsular Restaurant which was very good and also sampled the delights of the Glass House and Sindhu Restaurants. No complaints whatsoever here and the staff were all very helpful and polite.

The bars were great; The Glass House prior to dinner and the Crow's Nest later , made more enjoyable as a fellow passenger and his very attractive wife frequented the same watering holes (you know who you are blondie).

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony

The cabin was comfortable, clean and functional; The young guy who looked after it was polite and helpful.

I would have liked a mini-bar and a slightly larger balcony in an ideal world but .... Fine.
