Let me start this review by saying that although I read most reviews and take them with a grain of salt, I also know my likes and dislikes are different then most. My DW and I were joined on this cruise by good friends of ours. I pretty much did the booking and picked out the shows and restaurants. After reading the reviews of so many cruisers I was sure I had made a major mistake. The last two cruises that they sailed with us were Celebrity's Constellation and Royal's Explorer. The negative reviews were starting to get me down (almost to the point of cancellation).

Well it is with pleasure that I tell you the Anthem was all its billed to be. Was everything perfect? Hardly. Did it ruin my cruise? Not on your life.

We were on deck 8 cabin 8162 and had a fantastic steward. He catered to all my requests and the cabin was neat and clean.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

If you get a chance to book this cabin, book it. Larger balcony (just alongside hump). I tried to rebook it for next April and it was sold out. Fantastic room steward.

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

Great trip.
