Sail Date: Mar 2016
Cabin: Obstructed Oceanview

I was a solo cruiser, this was my first time on the Gem. Had been on the Jewel and it was basically the same ship.

Nice room had a obstructed view it was a little weird two oval windows, but no big deal.

I took the ten day cruise because it was four ports.

Cabin Review

Obstructed Oceanview

Cabin OK

It was great for me may have been a little tight for two people.

The only thing about the room it was next to I guess a utility room there was a lot of banging during the day but at night no noise. For some reason these rooms were in a Maze after a few days you figured out the shortest way to the cabin;

Port Reviews

San Juan

Walked around town very nice. If you forgot anything CVS is right across from the ship. A lot of shops to visit while in town.

St. Thomas

it was so nice to be able walk literally back and forth from the Ship people I ran into we kind and friendly.

Apparently they like you to purchase your liquor in St Thomas

Tortola

Another friendly port it was 7:00 am when we docked on a Sunday morning a few shops not open back on the boat at 12:30 pm
