the general service in the ship was bad, the waitress were not friendly at all, in fact we were only once to the restaurant because of that, the rest of the days we preferred go to the regular buffet, nobody in the ship knows nothing you ask about a port, or were was a place in to the ship and everybody tells you something different. the Lido deck always was dirty, the tables has old food and all the time you have to remove it your self if you want to take a place. the food was good not the best but good (in the buffet because in the restaurant was terrible) the cocktails was very bad too, they make then with cheap liquor for that reason the cocktails don,t tastes good.

the cabins was clean and has a good size, the ports and the tours was incredible, unfortunately we couldn't go to the last port (Costa Maya) because the captain was unable to deck in the port, he says because of the winds, although 2 more cruises could make it with out any problem. We don't know that was a sick person in the ship and need intermediately medical attention and as the captain could get Costa maya, he decided come back to Cozumel for to bring that person to coast but that person died waiting to get in port, that was very sad.

Carnival doesn't care about people only about selling things and make everything quick and bad. the Splendor is a old ship with dirty windows, dirty floors and outdated decoration, the only thing was excellent in this cruise was our stateroom stwart "Lucky" she was an absolutely beautiful woman, attentive, careful, nice, all our tips were for her. In conclusion I tried to enjoy my trip but if you want to go cruising look another ship for sure it would be better than this
