We were very unhappy with the cruise this year. We booked a year in advance on the same cruise ship with the understanding that the cruise ship would be updated and we would see many changes. We got on the ship and it was exactly the same except the new booking area, which was redone. The ship's odor was overwhelming with the smell of urine. The beds were old and wore out. In the casino, the gambling tables, the electronic board wasn't working the entire cruise.

The people on the ship were rude. We paid extra for anytime dining and when we were sat at a table the second night and a couple was sat after us making rude comments all night as though we took their reserved table that they had reserved for the remainder of the week.

We paid extra for anytime dining so we would have the opportunity to dine any time of the day we chose. Read more
