I have cruised with thomson many times and have not been disappointed until now. The design of the ship was awful with the bars mainly in corridors. The food in all of the restaurants was very uninteresting and the menu very samish. The food was either cold or just luke warm and on occassions did not get what was ordered. Even after complaining of cold food made no difference.

Too many supplements if you wanted something a little different.

Service in bars was very slow and you were always being pressurised into buying different inclusive drinks packages. Read more
