We loved our Cruise on the Getaway back in 2015 so much so that we booked again for 2016. But something about this adventure missed the mark for us. We had a good time but some minor annoyances were new this year... couldn't quite put our finger on it at times as it wasn't one particular thing, it was a few. From the hostess as Shanghai's rude dismissal of our inquiry. Guest services not addressing any of our concerns in a polite or efficient way, shore excursions that were pricey AND with less than exemplary persons... it left a eh feeling. I felt the employees did not enjoy their work or the passengers and we were 'tolerated'.
Food at specialty restaurants were not at all like we have had in the past. The food was bland and lacked 'love'? it was not served hot but I was ok with that as I'm watching my weight BUT it appeared to us like the staff on our 2015 trip were AMAZING, happy, funny, friendly and this one? Well, not so much. I understand it's a 'job' but they did not love their jobs. That was disappointing.
Also our onboard account on the tv was perfect, but when we checked out they double billed us for something small ($69 bingo round which we didn't do) the bill said you had to call before disembarking but it rang over 25 times and when they did address it, they said 'we'll have to check it out and call you back. They never called back. So we went downstairs to guest services, waited 10 minutes in line, only to be told I was in the wrong line and was directed to then end of another long line. 45 minutes later the employee said I'll have to check it out and get back to you. At this time, I had to be firm which I hate doing. Other guests I spoke to had similar problems.

Cozumel
Young boys doing dances in port. They were good, but the music was fist pumping crazy, loud and annoying. Mexican mariachi might have been nicer. Just hated the feeling of cattle being rounded up.
Great Stirrup Cay
Shore excursion people at Dolphin Encounter and Stingray City were disorganized and too many people being herded like cattle. Once on boat, operators were smoking and throwing their butts into the ocean. The toilets onboard were disgusting. no way to wash up or flush properly. So dirty.
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
Felt bad for dolphins and way too many people in the excursion. They should have smaller groups. Not feeling well after boat ride to stingray city so sat out. They had us fill out forms yet had one heck of a time getting ANY compensation from cruise line. They said they never received anything from the company. VERY disorganized.
