Sail Date: Mar 2016
Cabin: Mid-Ship Balcony

This was a highly anticipated cruise that was very disappointing. The ship was older and quite worn, the staff seemed stressed and tired and not all that friendly and the food was sub-par. Not to mention our uncomfortable beds. Wandering around the ship, we saw tissues on the floors, and rips on carpets. The chairs in the theatre area had lost their support. We were not the only ones who felt this way - others mentioned how disappointing this cruise was as well.

The only thing great about this ship were the shows. They were in keeping with our previous NCL cruises.

Pool area: Tiles were missing from around the pool, and there was a broken wooden panel on the side of the pool.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony

Cabin BA

Our cabin was fine - the usual. It was very clean and our cabin steward Hopeton was very attentive to our every need. However, our bed was extremely uncomfortable and we ended up with sore backs - never had an uncomfortable bed on a cruise before. It was a fairly quiet cabin which was great.
