I cruised with P&O about 8 years ago, I really didn't enjoy the experience but maybe it was more the company and the weather, horrible sea sickness that ruined it, don't get me wrong it was still enjoyable but I prefer to visit a country than be herded through like cattle.

Did a celebrity cruise in Europe last year, still herded like cattle, so just did our own thing on port days, but the ship was Amazing. Smooth sailing helped too. The whole family had a blast.

My husband has loved both trips so for his bday this year got him a 3 day cruise. Was so hesitant to go, I knew it wouldn't be up to the standard of Celebrity in Europe but also read all the bad reviews.
