After many cruises on NCL this was our first time on the Epic. The ship is big but it is easy to navigate. Really enjoyed all the bars, especially at night, with live music playing everywhere. The cabins are decent size but the curved walls make the beds smaller than usual. The separate shower and toilet with the frosted glass doors are fine for married couples but I can see where it would be a problem for roommates, you also cant open the door if someone is using the facilities.

Embarkation was the easiest we ever had. This cruise was the first test of the new NCL menus. We had the dining package so ate in the pay restaurants, food was good but had some problems with service in the Bistro. Every other restaurant was great. Garden Cafe was good, overly crowded on the cold sea day but otherwise plenty of room.

Enjoyed the entertainment but wish there was more, did not like having to pre-book the shows and felt like there could be more shows. The ship is built to handle the large amount of people and never found it too crowded. Disembarkation was the smoothest ever, off the ship with no lines. Overall, we had a great time, we liked the ship and had a wonderful vacation

Good size cabin but not a fan of the curved walls or small bed. Tons of storage, most we have had. Good soundproofing, didnt hear anything.
