First of all I want to thank all of the people who post reviews. I think if I hadn't been prepared we would have had a different experience.
If you do not pre book excursions, shows, dinners etc. you will probably be out of luck.
Cabin: We booked 2 mini suites. Other than a bigger bathroom they were identical to a regular balcony. Not worth the extra money. Our room was clean and our room Steward was excellent.

Was clean and well appointed with a very small balcony.
Same size and layout as a regular balcony room except for a larger bathroom.
Not worth the extra cost.
