If I didn't know any better, I would not have thought I was on the same ship as the one I travelled on in July. What happened?
I'm the mildest, most polite and appreciative person. Yet on 2 occasions I was particularly offended by staff members. Who were extremely rude. The other member/s of our party were flabbergasted and couldn't believe it. As on both occasions it was totally unwarranted.
The ship and my cabin as always spot on. And a special mention to Maka, singles rep. Who was absolutely brilliant and really made the holiday.
