We have been on several cruises in the past but by far this was the worst. First the gangway was broke so they couldn't get the other guest off he ship, so we sat there in the port from 11 till almost 5 before we got onto the ship. We were not told why we weren't boarding until shortly before we got on. Everyone was hungry and thirsty and they didn't even offer water.

when w got on they told us to go to our mustard station for a safety drill. We asked several employees where our mustard station was they sent us to several different places . After asking the 3rd person in the casino he sent us out the employee's door, so another employee started screaming at us and telling us we couldn't go out that door. she sent us up 1 floor they sent us back down. They had not a clue, we had to just keep searching to find it.

Then we went to our room when the housekeeper came in to inform us that she only had 2 rooms I that hallway and she wouldn't be in there but twice a day. She didn't clean our room she would only drop off clean towels. I had to make my own bed and clean my own room. She even left the clean linen for the next guest the night before we disembarked on the nightstand. She didn't leave our luggage tags or declaration papers, so we had to go to guest services to get them at 11 that evening.
