Upon arrival, after travelling more than 15 hours, we were constantly harassed by employees from MSC to sell beverage and other packages before allowing us to check-in.
The check-in was very brief and we were given almost no information at all. Therefore we did not realy feel welcome, only a number.
Travelling with our parents we found a note in the cabin that there was a problem with the luggage of our parents and had to report at the guest services desk. At the desk we were told they would send somebody straight away. Unfortunately that did not happen. After reporting a second time at the desk, we were told that an employee from the security department would come and escort us to the luggage. That took ages before he finally arrived. In the meantime we lost more than one hour, being hungry, tired and only wanted to unpack and go to bed. Apparently they claimed to see something suspicious in the luggage, but after searching the luggage found nothing.
