Firstly, let me say that my husband and I have had 9 cruises with different cruise lines. They include P&O, Royal Caribbean Radiance of the seas and Princess Lines.

Firstly our friends and us were to have dinner together every night in the dining room. But unfortunately the cruise ship had given my husband and I a 6pm sitting, our friends 8pm sitting. I personally asked the Matre'd if he could alter this and he said it was impossible to do but would let us both know the next day. Sure enough he wouldn't change the times, we then spoke to a wonderful man who said to us all if we were to come at 7pm every night he would make sure there was a table available for the four of us. I'd rather not name this person for fear of him losing his job.

The windjammer buffet was disgusting, food was just slop. With the exception of the lovely lady who made fresh omelettes in front of you, great cook. We had breakfast there every morning. The toast every morning was like trying to chew through a brick, I asked if they produced the bread on board the answer 'yes'. Well I spoke to several Aussies and one lady bounced her bread roll on the floor, that's how hard it was. I will say they tried to improve on the bread but to no avail Aussies where complaining left right and centre.
