This ship is old, tired, and ready for an overhaul.

The worst part for me was the bed. Not only was it harder than a rock, but it had a very bad smell to it. The smell reminded me of the way a t-shirt at the Salvation Army smells...old, sweat stained and will never come clean. I asked our cabin steward to please change the sheets again immediately upon boarding because I was convinced that he hadn't changed them from the last guests (possibly a large, sweaty man?). Well, he changed them and they still had the odor. Its almost like its baked into the sheets at this point and most definitely into the pillows. It was just disgusting. This ship is in serious need of new bedding.

Also something that is completely unacceptable is the fact that we lost water 2 nights on the ship. Both nights I came back to the cabin around midnight-1am to find that there was no water...no shower, no water in the sink to wash my face or brush my teeth. It was gross! I called customer service both times and they said there was a problem with the pumping system. I've cruised 5 times before and have never had this happen! Read more
