This was my first Carnival cruise but I have been on six (6) other cruises. I have never had the experience on any other cruise before. My friends and I decided we wanted to go on a cruise. All together there were eight of us; four of them have never been on a cruise before.

Everything was great when we first arrived. We were all excited and anticipated the great adventure we were about to partake. Until we arrived in our rooms, One of my friends room actually had lipstick on the sheets on her bed. We were just arriving in the rooms. My room was missing towels and there was a hole in the wall where the light switch was. In addition, in our room we requested our beds to be separated. We brought this to our tenants attentions. My friends sheets were changed, I was told the open hole in the wall was supposed to be there and I decided to forgo on the separating of the beds and my discussion went no where.

From there, the dinning experience was horrendous. I have major allergies. When I cruised on other cruises, I always met and spoke with the maitre d, head waiter. We never spoke with him/her. The list of problems in the dinner room where: steaks had no flavor, hot soups were cold, steaks overdone, chicken dry, tea pot had food in it, silverware had food on them, by end of the cruise the steaks had a rancid taste to them.
