Ocho Rios - I booked my excursion here with Trevor Hudlin (cooltrevh@yahoo.com) and I highly recommend him.  He is very warm, friendly, personable, & a true professional.  He will tailor your excursion for you and his costs were half as much as the ships cost.  We climbed Dunn River Falls which was a blast and a must do.  The leading couple in out group was no less than 75-80 & we had kids as young as 8, so there are no excuses!  Our tour of the city was OK but was made so worthwhile when we stopped at a site overlooking the city and the port which made for the perfect photo op.  Yes, I was approached several times regarding buying drugs but i was never harassed about it and each person walked away after I said no.     
***Dunn River Falls tip.  On the way out, they send you thru a market where you will be bombarded by people looking to sell stuff.  If you are looking to get little trinkets, then go there and negotiate down to the price you want to pay.  These guys are trying to make an honest living and they don't get many ships there.  If you want to avoid this area, veer to the left when you see this area (as if you are returning to the entrance) and there is a walkway on the right around the majority of these vendors that leads to the exit.  

Ocho Rios

Grand Cayman - We came into the Royal Watler port, stepped of the ship and booked an excursion for $40 to go to Stingray City and snorkeling.  Stingray city is lots of fun.  They feed them, grab them, put them in your arms, and take a picture.  You can even kiss one if you like.  All of this in the middle of the ocean on a sand bar.

There was a store just across the street from the port on the corner just up some steps (I wish I could recall the name of it) that had great Rum cake samples and free internet for 15 minutes.  They sold souvenirs of course and their prices were comparable to others in the area.

***Booking an excursion at the port.  Only book inside the pier as these people are authorized to do this.  If you are willing to take a slight risk on booking or not, then find out what time the next tour goes out then wait around until 15-20 minutes before this time.  This could get you an even lower price.  We had friends that got our same tour for $25 apiece.  They would rather get something versus having empty seats.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Cozumel - Your dollar can go far here, especially if you like to negotiate.  You can get a $20 massage downtown or $30 on the beach.  We rented a scooter for $35 and rode all the way around the island.  There were no less than 8 ships there so it was a little crowded down town but on the opposite side, there were very few people and some nice stops to eat, you can walk out to a blow hole, have a stretch of beach to yourself, but the waves are pretty big over there.    
I do not drink, but according to other people on the ship, there are great places to get some strong tequilas.  

Cozumel

We had an outside room without a balcony.  We don't spend a lot of time in the room so didn't see the need for the extra expense.  The room was a nice size for a ship and we never felt like we were living in a closet.  Speaking of closets, there was plenty of room for all our clothes and our huge suitcases fir under the bed.  The showers don't leave room to change your mind but I am 6ft 2in & 250 pounds and I had no trouble maneuvering in there.
