Hi traveled half way round the world to sail on board mariner of the seas for the the second time on this ship My first time was fab visited eastern med absolutely no complaints ?

Not this time ! having been on the ship before i choose over other providers of same destination and cheaper to book R.C Mariner of the Seas what a disappointment Found the ship worse for wear luggage arrived damaged (to start with) ? sinking feeling continued throuout the holiday the service on this ship was shocking in 5 years since i was last on this ship it was unrecognizable

waiter service none existent bars closed whilst entertainment on / rude bar staff FINE DINNING ?
