My wife and I are both VIFP's (platinum) and I am a stock holder. In the past we have always enjoyed our cruises with Carnival, sailing on nearly all their ships. We live about 15 miles from the port in Jacksonville and cruised many times.
State Room: We found the stateroom staff to be friendly and very helpful.
Dining: We took all our meals on the lido deck. We found the table service on the lido deck to be slow on the first three days with many tables left with dirty dishes, making it difficult to find a place to sit and eat.
