The ship:
The ship was impressive, pretty good slides for kids, rock climbing, some sort of zip line contraption which I didn't know what it was until the last day, would have liked to try it.
One complaint was the lack of elevators, there were only aft and forward elevators available to guests - no midship elevators. This required long walks to cabin and other places. I guess the good thing is that you can burn calories. The ship also needs more pools, or more pools available to the general passengers because I am sure the Haven and the Vibe club each had pools.
The cabin was decent. I felt I got a good deal on the balcony for a solo cruiser. I had the layout where the bed was in the front and this positioned it too close to the closet so if you got off your bed on that side you were practically in the closet. Moving the other night stand to that side so both were in between closet and bed remedied that problem. Balcony was small but sufficient. Would have liked some drawers to put clothes but I guess on a cruise ship you have to worry about them sliding open. There were no toiletries provided except for one bar of soap (not replenshied at all) and a one tube of hand lotion. Body wash and shampoo dispenser in shower. Again, other cruise lines have the edge on this , even though they are sometimes marketing samples it is still nice.
The towel animals were good two of the nights and two of the nights I couldn't figure out what they were. I know this may also seem trivial but I missed not having the chocolate mints put on my pillow at night when they do turn down service. Small things like these that add to the warmth of the cabin were missing.
While my cabin steward seemed very nice, there were multiple times when I had to ask for things twice. In addition, like the coffee I never got when in Savor restaurant, I called housekeeping requesting laundry bags to use their laundry service in which they make money. I never got the bags.
Excursion was good, not the best dive boat I have been on but no complaints
