Completed 2 B2B cruises on Serenade 4 Jan,15 Jan,15 Feb, and 26 Feb which brought my total on RCL to 76 cruises.Overall I was extremely disappointed, felt the major problem was the lack of supervision on a ship which has been designated a training ship (as stated by two 3 stripers on board), told by ship's CFO it had a 24% turnover in personnel between last B2B cruises !

The worker bees are busting their butts with poor results because they are not properly trained ! A lot of RPM but no Torque!

EXCELLENT: (1) MDR a 10, supervision and waiter/asst waiter in top 5 all time! (2) Room Attendant Leo FANTASTIC, had same cabin 9072 both B2Bs! (3)Sheffield D+ Lounge and Freddy D Lounge SUPERB in every respect ! (4) Paul (cruise staff) excellent, had total control of every event he ran !
