Sail Date: Dec 2015

We are two retired teachers in our early 60's. We choose this cruise as my daughter was able to house sit for us at this time. Otherwise we would have done it a few weeks later.

That being said: The ship itself was very nice. (We have been on several cruises-- lately it is usually on Celebrity and Princess) The crew was very indifferent for the most part- However the staff at Bayou Grille were unusually nice.

The food was unusually good, including the buffet. I should say though that if you are just a party of two, I would not on this ship do the anytime dining. Very few tables for two at both dining rooms. If we were to do this ship again, we would book the late traditional dining.

Cabin Review

Cabin mini suite

Cabin was very comfortable. However shower never got very hot. I heard their were plumbing problems on the next sailing. Location was aft near laundry. Usually we book mid ship, but wanted to make sure that balcony was completely covered. We did feel a little more movement in that area, but it wasn't a big deal really.
