This is a very beautiful and big ship. All the stairs in the atrium have Swarovski crystal. We had a very good embarkation experience which was quick and efficient. Our cabin was on Deck 12 mid ship. The size of our cabin was very good. The only thing was there was not much room to put a suitcase. Our cabin bathroom was kept clean. There was an abundance of food. The top deck provided a self service area. There was very good choice. The main dining area, which was waiter service, provided good food. There was choice on the menu. The only thing that we found is that we were away for 2 weeks and had the same menu for the second week. The entertainment that we saw was good. The first week we did not go to any shows as they were too late (between 10 and 10.30 pm). The second week they were on at 9.00 pm. There were plenty of activities on board. We did go on 2 organised excursions. The first one we met in the main Theatre and were given a sticker with a number on and there was someone waiting for us outside the ship. The second one we met in a very small area, which quickly became overcrowded, but again we were given stickers and met off ship. I would say that overall this is good organisation. The overall service on the ship was good. Our disembarkation was good and efficient. We found our suitcases easily. In summary, I would say that we thoroughly enjoyed our time on board and would certainly go back on another cruise with MSC.
