We are a very fit 73 and 66 year old married couple. We live in Clearwater five miles from the beach where we go regularly to walk, picnic and sunset watch. Yes, we do applaud setsets.

We have cruised with Royal in the past but have cruised NCL out of Tampa for the last 3 years with a few Carnival out of Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. Have been so happy on Carnival Ecstasy and Sensation that when the Aruba cruise came up, we decided to try a longer cruise with them.

The first two days I would have said I was not sorry I did it but would not do it again. After 8 days, I would gladly go on her again if the itinerary was one I wanted. You just have to learn how to navigate being on a ship with so many people in limited space. The crew and food are two of the best things on this ship.

Very quiet and good location. Bouncy in rough seas. Great value to get a window for an inside rate. Deck 6 is wonderfully convenient. Down one deck for shows. Not good if you have Sea sick issues which we do not. Bea is the sweetest most attentive steward you could ever have. No frig but she fills 2 ice buckets to chill wine and water bottles. Bring your own hangars. There were none in closet. I told her we just need cleaning in the evening but she would do it anyway when she saw us leave.
