When we got there the attendant did not show us the right location to obtain a wheelchair. the staff did not know how to direct us to various locations on the ship.
The head waiter in the la rosa dining room was rude and would not change our seat after we informed him that when the waiters came out of the kitchen they kept hitting the back of my chair. i moved the table myself so i would not be hit. the next night we were moved to another dining room.
Our handicapped room had a light out and it took them 2 days to fix it, after many complaints. the shower was tilted that the water from the handicapped bathroom went into the bedroom and the carpet was wet and smelled every day.
