Sail Date: Sep 2015

Out of 35 previous cruises this was the worst .RCCL should be ashamed . The crew of the Ship tried their hardest but couldn't overcome the fact that this ship was not ready to sail as a luxury cruise . it was just out of drydock and it wasn't finished .

our problem started with the booking . we weren't told about the refurbishment till much later . i was given a specific stateroom and told it was ours for both cruises . However, when i got the air they had changed my room without notifying me and said we would have to change rooms ( packing and unpacking ) tried to rectify several times to no avail . no curtesy .Finally a ship officer got it fixed after boarding . No reason for the stress . E-mail one day earlier said boarding would be 2-4 pm - sailing at 5 . over 600 guests waited 3 hours -the ship wasn't ready

on board the disaster ! no towels, no toilet paper no rods in closets the laundry not finished - paint still wet with fumes -windows dirty - pent house suites not finished some rooms with water on floors -painting not finished -hot tubs not working-etc.
