My husband requested a standby wheelchair before boarding due to being disabled that we never found. Ordered case of water the day before our cruise and it quoted us online the time it would be in the room. He needed it to take his diabetic meds. Didn't arrive til 6 pm after probably ten phonecalls to room service. Elevator staff wanted husband to take stairs since elevator was in maintenance...hello handicapped! Three of the four nights we had no cold water only scaulding hot and plumbers tearing pipes apart we hours of morning but they refused to move us to another room. Don't think rooms are actually sanitized well both me and husband came back from cruise and immediately developed flu and pneumonia.

Smoke in inside of boat by casino and bar fills the whole promenade deck with smoke. Buffet food is horrible. Got cloth napkins that looked like someone had thrown up on, that needed to be released and had to beg workers on Lido deck to take dirty dishes from somebody else off our table so we could eat. Dining room service for dinner was great with Ricardo. Our room Stewart Iznan ( Easy) also provided great service. We won a free cruise while we were there but will never go on Ecstacy again. Service to customers is terrible. Excursions in Nassau the shallow water at Atlantis with Dolphins was wonderful experience. Excursion of horse back riding in Half Moon Cay was also a great experience.
