This was my first cruise so my expectations were neutral. I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and our family decided that we'd tryout a cruise instead. The good thing about the ship is that the dining was good. However, that was the only good thing. Here is list of things that were subpar in my opinion:

- Inattentive staff. No sense of urgency and complaints to guest service were met with lukewarm concern.

- Did not go to Key West as planned and paid for no type of refund or credit offered. Read more
