I'll start with what we did like. The crew was friendly, the food good, the entertainment very good, & the excursions fun. Now for the bad. The room was not as shown on the website(had to crawl over bed to get out of it), the cover on the comforter was ripped along the the seams in several places, hand soap was never refilled in our bath, excursion times were changed w/o any explanation, if you don't make reservation for the comp. dining rooms before you board then you can't make reservations for them(they really push to ones you have to pay extra for), at all the shows one side of the balcony is blocked off for suite guests even when the other seats are full, smoking is allowed all around the pool, public restrooms were always messy(water all over counter/tp on floor), steward set up outside our door EVERY morning at 8:00am, we could hear anyone passing down the hall as well as the people talking next door. The list goes on and on. These things might sound little but they all add up and they don't happen on Royal Caribbean. We have had two cruises with Royal Caribbean and will sail with them from now on!
