We just finished our 11th cruise and can say this was the best on the Equinox. We drove from Orlando on a 3 day pre cruise climate adjustment to the port for a 11:00 am docking. Dropped off the car and was on the boat in 20 minutes. love terminal 18 with the abundance of room to board. first time in concierge and was set into our own area so did get that advantage.

The ship is very well maintained and you could see the pride that the staff have with their boat. We went up to the top to explore the ship and was surprised by the number of chairs to sunbath or stay out of the sun. We went to eat in the ocean café and before we knew it they called the staterooms ready for all to use.

We were in 1178 (got our wine on arrival and daily canopes) and met with our cabin attendant Simms and asked for a few things to make our cruise that much better. The room seemed to be larger that most balcony rooms we have been on in the past. The only issue was that the space for clothes seems to be tighter but from using the cruise critic reviews that that a folded box was needed to put you socks and other items above the bed works well. We also had the bar emptied to allow for our water and sodas needed late in the night. The balcony was a treat with the foot stool as a added bonus.
