RCI and the Serenade of the Seas:
We had taken one 4 night Western Caribbean cruise with Carnival in 2008, but after reading many negative reviews about Carnival cruises sailing out of San Juan, PR, we decided not to go with Carnival again. We upscaled to Royal Caribbean. None of the RCI cruise reviews shared the same complaints we read about the Carnival cruises out of San Juan.
And ... we were not disappointed with our choice!
Cabin Review
Bathroom exhaust fan was not very effective in terms of removing steam when showering.
Hot water and water pressure was awesome though.
