My wife and I have cruised 17 times after this cruise. It appears as if Norwegian has lost some of its luster with us. Prior to sailing we purchased a three restaurant dinning package. We ate the first night at the steak house. The steak was fabulous. The potatoes came to the table cold. We sat for about 15 minutes with dirty dishes on the table. It took quite awhile to get a dessert menu. Normally we would see several " servers". We saw only one. I asked the waitress if they were understaffed. She replied that normally each waitress had one backup waiter or waitress. Now six servers would share three " backups". We noticed similar service issues in the Brazilian restaurant as well as over cooked and very dry beef. The French restaurant broke the streak as food and service were both excellent.

It seemed as if all patrons on board had the " unlimited beverage package". Normally there would be several people hustling drinks. Not so on this cruise. If you wanted a drink, you had to get it yourself most of the time.
