Since we already went on a cruise with Norwegian Epic before, I was convinced that the vacation would be great. Well I don't know what happened with this ship in a few years time, but I can honestly say that I will not be cruising with NCL again.

The buffet restaurant (Garden Cafe) was way too crowded. Everyday we had to walk around for at least 15/20 minutes to find a table with our son of eight months. Also to go on the elevator from one floor to another took a lot of time, due to the large amount of people. I saw some bugs on the salade more than once and when the tv was not working for 2 days, they did nothing to compensate this.

In the shop on deck 7, I saw a dress that I liked and asked for anoter one same size as it had a stain lipstick. When the girl noticed that the one we had was the last one in that size, she asked her manager if they could clean the one with the stain..she replied to her and us:'' No we don't do that and we also do not give discount, take another one. That was the rudest thing ever!!!
