Sail Date: Feb 2016
Cabin: Deluxe Veranda 2A

First time cruising with Celebrity and it won’t be the last. We found our trip to be a really positive experience. The ship had many different areas and was so spacious that is was hard to believe that over 2,500 people were on board.

Positives

Stateroom (Verandah 2A) was large and well appointed with big comfortable bed, sofa, lots of hanging/cupboard space and a very generous sized bathroom.

Deluxe Veranda 2A

Cabin 2A

Really lovely cabin situated just off mid ship. We had one of the smaller tender boats just below but it did not obstruct our view.

Port Reviews

Tauranga

Climbed the mountain on our own - no need to take a tour.

Auckland

We enjoyed the Sky Tower.

Wellington

Also visited Lady Norwood Rose Garden and Kaiori wildlife sanctuary - all very good.

Akaroa

Interesting guide.

Dunedin

Nice town. Visited the Railway station and the Chinese Gardens - enjoyed both.

Sydney (Australia)

Breath taking. Opera House amazing followed by city tour, MacQuairies Chair and Bondi Beach. After we visited the Rocks and walked along the waterfront in both directions. Absolutely loved it!

Melbourne

Downloaded two walks from Melbourne City website. One was along the waterfront and the other through the Botanical Gardens to the Shrine of Remembrance. Both excellent.

Adelaide

Got to hold a koala and feed some of the hundreds of kangaroos. Fabulous! then on to Mount Lofty for great views and finally a city tour.
