BLACK WATER - COMING FROM SHOWER WHILE HUBBY SHOWERING LEAVING BAD ODOUR ON HIM

We Departed Brisbane on Monday 29/2/16 first 2 days ok, then there was a bad odour in our Cabin No. 5071 on Deck 5 early afternoon on 3/3/16 we advised staff who were supposed to inform the proper team members who did not do this. When the Plumber came he could also smell the bad odour from the discoloured water from the shower. The Supervisor were called and around mid-night we got moved to another Cabin. While the Supervisor was there we were informed that the same thing was happening on Level 6. The Customer Service from the female Supervisor (sorry unable to remember her name) was good. My husband has not been well since this black water has been on him as there were no showers available to wash the mess off him until hours later when he was able to shower in another Cabin around mid-night.
