We recently took the Flower Power Cruise aboard the Celebrity Constellation for 5 days to Cozumel and Key West.

The entertainment was great but many of the services aboard the ship were lacking. Though the state rooms were fine, the food quality was inconsistent in the main dining room and terrible all week at the buffet.

Most noticeable was the poor service through the entire ship. We have taken several cruises and anything but demanding but the basic quality of the service staff was far below par of any other line we have taken. We don't know if this is because of the "Charter" for the theme cruise but the staff seemed untrained and certainly uninterested in what they were doing.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

Cabin C3

Cabin was good but small. Attendant was very nice and helped us when we needed it. Seemed new but very nice. Bed was a bit dated. In-cabin speaker for announcements didn't work and they couldn't fix it. Toilet clogged twice. Bedding was light and we had to ask for extra blankets which they provided.
