We had the best time on this cruise! There was a group of 11 of us on this 6 night trip to the western Caribbean.

We got out of Logan airport in Boston at 630am just before they got walloped with a foot of snow. Landing in FLL we were greeted by RC staff at baggage claim for the transfer that we purchased ahead of time. We probably waited about 20 mins. or so for the next bus. The trip took about 5 min. from the airport to the pier. The driver dropped us right off at the door to check in and even though there were a lot of people, the lines went very quickly and smoothly. And we were on the ship in probably 15 min. cause there were 5 of us traveling together. The bus driver took care of our luggage, he was pretty funny.

After we ate in the full Windjammer, (tables opened quickly), we went to check our table in the Main Dining Room. 3 of our party of 11 were seated at a different table. We waited in line to have this error fixed. It did take a bit to get to us but there was tea and coffee and such as you waited for your turn. They were very accommodating and we had all of at the same table in no time. Also our luggage was by our room before we even went to dinner.
