Overall we had a very positive experience on this cruise. 90% of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Embarkation and disembarkation were very well organized. The only time the ship felt crowded was getting into the tender to cococay. If you are getting off the boat there your best bet is going very early or late in the day.

Food in the main dining room and Johnny Rockets was very good. Food in the windjammer and jade is exactly what you expect. Don't get too excited about the sushi at Jade-it isn't good and there's a very small selection.

Food at the specialty restaurants left a lot to be desired. Sabor (and I was really excited about this one) was extremely slow. It took 45 minutes to get chips and our appetizers. Skip the quest fundido-they use the wrong type of cheese. It isn't melty and there's hardly any chorizo. I couldn't find the jalapeño in the stuffed jalapeños. We never got our other entrees (ahi tacos, empanadas or mole ribs) so at 70 minutes we walked out.
