My sister and I took our 81 year old mother on Carnival Glory for her Christmas gift. A vacation we won't forget. The crew were wonderful with my mother, she felt like a queen. The entertainment was so varied that we always found something to do that all 3 of us could enjoy. The room was kept spotless, room service (breakfast on excursion days) was on time and accurate. We dined in the dining room every night but did enjoy the buffet twice at lunch and found the food to be plentiful and line ups were not an issue. Everywhere we went crew were cleaning. I have to mention our Head Waiter Jimmy, he was a kind-hearted lovely person that had us looking forward to dinner nightly. We went off ship at every port and did a couple excursions, couple of beach days. The excursions were well organized. Only complaint on excursion is the one in St. Thomas could have booked a couple less people. The bus was squishy in two rows people had to overlap their legs to fit on the seat. Excursion in San Juan was booked perfectly. Our dining room table companions told us that they had been on 4 cruises and Carnival Glory was the best yet.
