The Epic had its pros and cons...But mostly pros.

Pros...

Excellent service in all the specialty restaurants, in the buffet (Garden Cafe), passenger services, and future cruise desk, and from our cabin steward. Passenger services had the most caring and helpful staff. Most shows were very professional and entertaining. Especially enjoyed Burn the Floor, Priscilla, and 4Ever. The food was delicious in all the specialty restaurants. Servers there were friendly, attentive, and even remembered our names and preferences...like on Princess. The food in the buffet was delicious, fresh and with many choices. The staff was prompt in cleaning up. Staff was very helpful if a special request for food/condiment was made.

Balcony

Cabin BD

Was quiet and had a great view from the balcony. No life boats below balcony. Having toilet in our cabin with only frosted glass door for separation was a negative. Good thing we brought room deodorant spray.
